Legendary Items Level Bug Empty Legendary Items Level Bug

-The level 50 requirement on smeragi's tentacles is bugged
-The level 25 requirement on korilic's frozen blade is bugged
-Meaning any lower levels of the requirement can equip them

All weapons can be equipped by any level, but if a level X dragon equips a level X+Y weapon, then it will hit for 0.
