Bug with the Vampiric Tendences with the Master Dragon

Also forgot to say the bug is that the vampiric tendeces are not working, i attack and they dont effect, but i have them maxed in talent tree.

Are you using Sremengsi's Tentacles?

No, I use Forbidden Claws, Ascended Armor And Lots Of Orbs.

Hmm, it could just be a problem for just you, i would reset your talents save and exit the game and start a new one if you do that it might be fixed if not post again and ill meet you in-game
