Talent bugs

Props to TheGoldPer for helping find these.

1: Slow doesn't work. Ranged or melee.

2: I'm unsure if this is bug, but i had it at 10 ranks. The talent where you have a chance to reduce your cool down of your spells. Half the time i was hit it would full refresh

3: Headshot doesn't work with Sremengsi.

4: Does the double ranged attack, attack TWICE, or double damage?

And finally..... the biggest bug we found...... YOU CANT TALK IN THE PVP ARENA

1. Okay, it is only for ranged anyway.

3. Sremagsi's Tentacles are splash weapons. But I will fix so they are ranged.

When we tested #4, I had 0 stats. You could see the damage do 9 per hit, and occasionally hit a 15.

Double damage, but armor still taking its 30% from the damage

And in pvp, you cant actually talk to the other person. They cant see you messages and vise versa.

That is because you are enemies yeah?

Probably..... but can you fix it so it we can talk? not even all chat worked when we were there.

I think I like it like that though so you can't rig fights as easily.

Can you atleast make all chat work...... and if people wanted to rig fights its pretty easy to do without coordination during fight. level 20 dragon gets best claws and maxes str/dex and big dragon resets stats/talents and takes of claws/armor.
