Can't Prestige Empty Can't Prestige

My dragon is level 100, and I can't prestige. someone in the game told me to post on the forums and it would be fixed, so here's to hoping.

Okay, I figure out that it's the fact the cinematic at the end froze last time I beat it, but it's good now, I prestiged, thanks guys
