chance of legendary drop

is there a chance to drop a legendary item on zauberer if u solo him? i did this 13 times now and no legendary at all and i already have 100 reborn points on drop chance!

Zauberer drops 3 "legendary items"
His claws, spines, and armor.
Each drop can be solo'd or because you had 4 people but its always a slim drop chance to emphasize its power.
They are the best items for each skill. Melee Ranged and Armor
