Announcement: Starcraft II v. 2.1

I would like to report here that the Arcade Section of Starcraft II under v. 2.1 is open to the public without payment. This would allow many users who previously could not access the game to be able to access the game. There should be no fear as to who can play and who cannot. This will make many of you guys very happy.

I don't understand what you mean?

Starter Edition players now have full access to the Arcade.

If you have a friend who doesn't own Starcraft II for some really stupid reason, they can now play DRPG and other great custom maps.

Ah cool.

Is that inclusive or exclusive of any HotS content in the arcade?
