ERROR: Bank Files have been manually edited

I have been playing this game for 2 years and I have been reborn 51 times and since I'm a collector I have one of each legendary item except oblivion claws in my stash and I am equipped with 1grand healing orb and 4 flux orbs, minor armor, and sinceremes tendicles and I really don't want to loose all my data please help

It should be a simple fix, but you have to upload your bank files for us to fix it. If you don't where to find your bank files we already have a simple guide to tell you where they're located although you will have to locate the correct folder yourself since the folder name isn't the same for everyone.

Please upload your data as a .zip file to be specific.

Sorry could you explain how to do that I have never done this before?

Once it has been downloaded, right click the file and click "Archive to Winrar" to convert it into ZIP.
