My dragon's stuff got deleted

My Dragon went from 42 to 25 and lost his armor and claws. My talents remained untouched, but my attributes and skills are level 25 amounts not 42. And even worse news, I can't find the bank for the game so I can't even post it...it's non-existent in my banks folder.

I found out that my level resets after every time I completely exit SC2. That's also when I lose all my stuff. Any ideas?

i am not sure there might be a way to reset your stats im not a admin or nothing but ill give you my opinion and see wut i can do if anything. also if its stops glitching ill happily help you level and give you some stuff add me or find me in drpg chat im always in it
