Attack speed Broken?

I am Reborn four times and i put 30 points into attack speed and it does ABSOLUTELY nothing can i get those points back or can someone fix it so that i do get the faster attack speed?

It shouldn't be broken, but if so we'll note it. As for to restore your points we are able to do it by editing your banks if you post it here or in game you go to the "Help" menu and there is a command that resets it all for you.

There is no command to reset Reborn points in-game, how do I post my banks?

To post your banks when you reply to me click on "Post Reply" and under the textbox it will show you a "Browse..." button so you could upload your bank files using Winrar .Zip.

All it says when i try to upload it is, "Uploaded file is not valid: invalid attachment name."
I have tried around 6-7 different files now (If you couldn't tell i am not very "nerdy")

Just upload the picture to an image sharing website such as imgur.com

Yeah, as EternalToss said upload the error your having so we may fix the problem.
