Lost items and stat points?

Hello,

I just prestiged and got to lv 30, then when i logged back in the next day i lost all my equipped items:
4 grand orbs of healing
1 flux capacitor
1 ascended armor
lv 30 weapon( cant remember name)

Also i noticed that when i logged back in, my stats had all gone to 0 with only the new stats from the 30 lvs i had gained, but when i was playing before it also had my stats from the first 100 lvs i had gained, not sure if that was supposed to happen or not. any help is appreciated.

Sorry ive been really busy recently and havent gotten around to posting, sorry for the delay it's not normally like this. Your stats from your previous levels before prestige arent supposed to save. But anyway please post your 2 replays if you have them of the game when you had your items and the following where you lost them if it all checks out buddy me and chat me in-game when im on and youll have all your items returned promptly. If you dont have any replays please state so and ill talk with the other admin and we will decide from that if your items should be returned.

if you try to claim your items before tuesday talk to greed in-game with your evidence i will be busy and cant do it he will instead.

Sorry I'm just checking the site but greed will get this done probably he can't get on as much as me if he can't I'll be able to on Monday or later sorry for the delay.

I should be able to look at it later in afternoon for me. Its current 10:30am here but i have to go out for various reasons for next few hours.
