Dragon Data Loss

I'm new to this game and am experiencing this error. I don't mind starting over from scratch since I didn't have anything particularly special in the way of drops. What do I need to do to get this fixed so that I can play this game again?

Okay. I realize that I perhaps been a bit too vague so here is me attempting to clarify. I am getting the bank files have been manually edited error for my fire dragon. I am looking for a way of fixing this error even if it means starting over from scratch. I lack the knowledge to even know where to begin doing anything about this issue.

We need you to please .zip the files if you have winrar and if not please download it. Once done, then upload the files into this thread so we may fix it and return them to you repaired.

Where do I find the files you need? I have a program to zip them and can upload them as requested, but I don't know where to look to find the files you are looking for.

Thank you. Here is the folder containing the bank files. Thank you for your assistance. In the future, is there anything I can do to possibly avoid this sort of problem from happening again?

May I ask to which dragon this is happening to Fire, Ice, or both? As well to prevent this from happening please avoid from touching these files unless one of our team assists you.

The Fire Dragon is the one causing instant defeat indicating that I somehow modified the files manually. I'm not sure how I could have done that seeing as I didn't even know where the files were located. My computer did crash due to a power interruption while I was playing. Could that have done it?

Well how you played this game in the past before and just started playing it again or no? The computer crush wouldn't corrupt the files.
